Galvanized Coils & Sheets

We are exporting a wide range of products includes Precision Rolled Strips, Coils & Sheets in different grades, such as Ordinary, Drawing, Deep Drawing & extra Deep Drawing, Galvanised Plain and Corrugated Sheets / Coils. All sheets and coils are tested for all the parameter before passing through a continuous pickling lines. The pickled coils are then Cold Rolled on a 4HI Mill, which ensures superb flatness.

Corrugated Sheets
Available in annealed and full hard conditions, these sheets are manufactured in thickness varying from 0.16 mm to 1.25 mm and width ranging from 600 mm to 1250 mm, along with coating weight to maximum of 275 gms/sqm. Lock forming and deep Drawing qualities of galvanised sheets can be supplied against specific orders.

Coils
Coils for bulk requirements are also available in above-mentioned range with weights varying from 2 MT to 8 MT.

Plain Sheets
Plans are already underway for the introduction of profiled and colour coated sheets.

Our products are known for their close tolerances, superior finish and perfect flatness, in annealed or full hard conditions. As the products are corrosion resistant, they can withstand fluctuations in climatic conditions and find wide applications in industries ranging from Construction to Electrical, Furniture to Defense, Chemical to Automobile and Packaging to Agriculture.

Packing
1. Sheets
The sheets are packed in crates securely strapped with steel / plastic bands / straps adequate enough to withstand extreme rough handling by road / Rail / Sea Transport. The sheets are wrapped in HDPE covered by galvanised steel envelope and tied on wooden skids using metal straps.

2. Coils
Each coil is individually wrapped in seaworthy plastic sheets and completely enclosed in metal cover of galvanised sheets. Each coil is secured with 3 metal bands around the circumference and 3 metal bands through the eye of the coil. ID and OD edge protectors of GP sheets. ID sleeve of 2.5 mm thick to prevent coil collapse. Overall sea worthy export packing.
